Tax Exemption Receipts: Donors who wish to receive a tax exemption receipt for their donation should contact Green Voice Global (NGO) at greenvoicengo@gmail.com. Our team will provide the necessary information and assist in the process of obtaining a tax exemption receipt.

Payment Method: Green Voice Global (NGO) uses a third-party payment gateway called Razorpay to securely process donations. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay and received by Green Voice Global (NGO).

Donation Utilization: Green Voice Global (NGO) ensures that 98% of all donations received are used for the intended purpose of supporting marginalized communities. 2% of the total donation amount may be charged by the payment gateway as a processing fee.

Refund Policy:  Once a donation has been made and a tax exemption receipt has been generated, Green Voice Global (NGO) does not offer refunds or cancellations.
